Adjust the OIDs in SNMPGetValue as required.

transport = CreateSNMPTransport($node);
if (transport == null) {
  return null;
}

lat = SNMPGetValue(transport, ".1.2.3.4.1");

if (lat == null || lon == null) {
  return null;
}
